We create safe, welcoming environments where you can explore at your own pace while discovering incredible destinations, connecting with local culture, and prioritizing your wellness.

How is this different from a regular vacation?

Regular vacations show you the tourist version of a place. We take you deeper. You'll connect with local artisans, experience plant-based wellness rituals, enjoy farm-to-table dining, and explore destinations in ways that honor both the culture and the plant. Plus, everything is handled for you—no research, no stress, just pure experience.

 

Safety & Legality


Is this legal?

100%. We only operate in destinations where plant-based experiences are fully legal and regulated. Your safety and peace of mind are non-negotiable, which is why we've done the homework to ensure every experience meets legal standards.

What about traveling internationally with products?

Here's the golden rule: never travel across borders with anything. We connect you with legal, licensed providers at each destination. Everything you need is sourced locally and legally where you're visiting.

How do you ensure guest safety?

We partner exclusively with licensed, vetted providers who meet our quality and safety standards. Every experience is designed with your wellbeing in mind, from transportation to accommodations to activities. Our team is always available if you need anything.

The Experience


What's included in a Front Row Travels® trip?

Each journey is fully curated and includes accommodations, ground transportation, plant-based experiences with licensed providers, cultural activities, wellness sessions, and most meals featuring local cuisine. You'll also have a dedicated trip coordinator available throughout your journey.

Can I customize my experience?

Absolutely. While we offer signature group experiences, we also create private, customized journeys tailored to your preferences, interests, and wellness goals. Just tell us what you're dreaming of.

Do I have to participate in everything?

Not at all. While we curate incredible experiences, you control your journey. Want to skip an activity and relax by the pool? Go for it. Prefer to explore on your own for an afternoon? We support that. This is your trip.

What if I'm traveling solo?

Solo travelers are welcome and celebrated here. Many of our guests travel alone and find community within our groups. It's a beautiful way to meet like-minded people while maintaining your independence.

 

Booking & Logistics


How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 3-6 months ahead for group trips, especially for popular destinations. Private experiences can sometimes be arranged with less notice, but earlier is always better for securing your preferred dates.

What's your cancellation policy?

We get it—life happens. Although we have a NO REFUNDS POLICY we always aim to be fair and flexible. Full details are provided when you book, and we offer travel insurance options for added peace of mind.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We offer flexible payment options because we believe incredible experiences should be accessible. Details are available when you inquire about specific trips.

What documents do I need?

For international travel, you'll need a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity). We'll provide a detailed checklist of everything you need once you book. Domestic trips typically just require a government-issuedREAL ID.
